Our Services

Beginning a journey toward improved mental health for yourself or a loved one is a difficult step to take. We believe the relationship between a client(s) and their clinician is of upmost importance in the therapeutic process. We encourage you to review each clinician’s profile and ask questions to assist in selecting a good fit for you and/or your family. We provide the following services:

Individual Therapy | Child/Adolescent Therapy (Ages 3 & up) | Family Therapy
Couples Therapy | Case Management | Telehealth

Insurance

We encourage clients to contact their insurance company to verify benefits. If you choose to begin treatment at Compass Behavioral Health and Wellness and are not covered by one of the in-network plans, you will need to utilize out-of-network benefits and submit claims directly to your insurance company. Insurance companies vary a great deal when it comes to out-of-network benefits. Full payment is expected at the time of service.

We are in-network providers with the following insurance companies:

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois | United Behavioral Health
Medicare | Cigna | Magellan | Beacon | Aetna | Tricare

Q: Do I have to contact my insurance company prior to scheduling my appointment?

A: It can be helpful to contact your insurance company to assure your clinician is covered by your policy. In some cases, you will need to obtain an authorization number. We will also verify your benefits prior to your appointment to determine your coverage.

Q: Do I need to submit my claims to my insurance company?

A: We will submit claims to your insurance provider if you are covered by one of the in-network providers listed above. If your insurance is out-of-network, you will need to submit the claim using the appropriate documentation we provide.  If you are using out-of-network benefits or choosing not to use insurance, please refer to the link provided in the forms section related to the No Surprises Act to learn about your protections.
